We’re excited to introduce our Edmonton Local Dining Pass! This pass gives you access to 20 incredible local food gems, where you’ll receive a free chef curated food and/or beverage item at each stop, with over $200 in value for only $89. It’s a self-guided food tour that lets you eat your way through Edmonton while meaningfully supporting local restaurants and cafes at your own pace. To further uplift our partners, we encourage guests to purchase a drink, entrée, dessert, or extra appetizer along the way; every stop you make helps keep our local food community thriving. If you complete your entire Dining Pass, you’ll receive 10% off your next Food Bike Tour purchase and be entered to win a free private tour for four. Passes are limited and valid from January to June 2026.
  • What is it?: A Local Dining Pass that includes a chef-curated featured food item at 20 participating Edmonton restaurants, so you can create your own self-guided local food tour at your own pace.
  • Pass value: The total value of this local dining experience is over $200 in chef-curated tastings.
  • Limited availability: A limited number of passes are available.
  • How it works: Present your pass at a participating partner, get it punched, and enjoy the featured item. One punch per partner, per pass, and the pass holder must be present to redeem.
  • Physical card: This is a physical dining pass card that will be mailed to you. You must bring the card with you to each participating partner to have it punched.
  • Dine-in only: Guests must dine in to redeem punches. No takeout, delivery, or third-party pickup is available with the punch pass.
  • Valid dates: Passes are valid from January 1 to June 30, 2026.
  • Blackout exception: Passes can be used any time during each partner's regular hours, except for one participating restaurant with specific blackout dates/times (listed on the pass)
  • Allergies & substitutions: We can accommodate most allergies, but substitutions for dietary needs may require an additional $2–$5 charge, depending on the restaurant and item.
  • Limitations: Some locations may have limited options.
  • Support local: Your pass includes one featured food item at each restaurant or cafe. We encourage guests to make this a date night and purchase a drink, entrée, or extra appetizer to further support our local partners.
  • Completion reward: Guests who complete all 20 punches will receive 10% off their next entire order with Food Bike Tour (on a future Food Bike Tour or Food Walk Tour booking).
  • Grand prize draw: Completed passes will also be entered to win our grand prize: a private tour of your choice for four guests at any of our available locations.
  • Gratuity: Gratuity for restaurant staff is not included and is appreciated based on the full value of your experience.
  • Shipping: Local Dining Passes will begin mailing out in the first week of December 2025.
  • Where to buy: Passes are available online and can also be purchased directly through select Local Dining Pass partner locations.
  • Weather: This self-guided experience can be enjoyed in rain, shine, or snow.
  • Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds are available on Local Dining Pass purchases.

Dine in & get punched
From January 1 to June 30, 2026, visit any participating restaurant, dine in, present your card, get it punched, and enjoy your chef-curated featured item (substitutions for allergies may be an extra $2–$5).

Complete & claim your rewards
Once your card is fully completed, send us a clear photo to info@foodbiketour.com with your SKU card number and full name to receive 10% off your next entire Food Bike Tour order and be entered to win a private tour for 4 at any of our locations. Pass must be completed and emailed on June 30th, 2025 by midnight. Grand Prize Draw will happen July 3rd, 2026 at 3PM and will be announced on Instagram, and guests will be emailed.

Gratuity: Tips are not included. Please consider tipping your server based on the full value of your food and drinks.

Reservations: Some restaurants may require or recommend reservations, especially on weekends. Book ahead when possible.

Peak times: Expect longer waits during busy times (evenings, weekends, holidays). Be patient and plan extra time.

Sharing: You’re welcome to share bites with friends or family at the table, but each featured item is tied to punches on a single card.

What is the Local Dining Pass?

What’s included with the pass?

  • Access to a completion reward – 10% off your next entire Food Bike Tour order
  • Entry into a grand prize draw for a private tour for 4 at any available Food Bike Tour location (when you complete all punches)

Do I have to buy a drink or extra items?
No, it’s not mandatory, but it is highly encouraged. Your featured food item is included with the pass, but purchasing a drink, entrée, or extra appetizer at each stop helps support our local restaurant partners and keeps community experiences like this going.

Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is not included with the Local Dining Pass. We kindly encourage you to tip your server or bartender based on the full value of your food and drinks, just as you normally would when dining out.

Is this a physical card or digital?
This is a physical punch pass card. You must bring the card with you to each participating restaurant to redeem the item and get your card punched.

When is the pass valid?
The pass is valid from January 1 to June 30, 2026. Any unused punches after this date expire and cannot be carried over.

When will I receive my pass?
We begin mailing passes in the first week of December 2025. Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout.

Do I need to dine in?
Yes. The Local Dining Pass is dine-in only. It cannot be used for takeout, delivery, or third-party apps.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Most locations can accommodate some allergies; however, options may be limited. Substitutions for allergies may require an additional $2–$5 charge, depending on the restaurant and item. One participating restaurant may not be able to accommodate dairy-free.

Are there blackout dates or restrictions?
The pass can be used during each restaurant’s regular operating hours, but one participating restaurant has blackout dates/times. These details will be listed on your card or partner info sheet.

Can I share my pass with friends or family?
You’re welcome to share the food items at your table, but each featured item redeemed uses one punch on a single card. The pass holder must be present when using the card.

What happens if I lose my card?
Please treat your Local Dining Pass like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

What is your return/refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds are available on Local Dining Pass purchases.

How do I get the 10% off and enter the grand prize draw?
Once all 20 punches are complete:

  1. Take a clear photo of your fully punched card (or drop it off at a designated location), and
  2. Email it to us at info@foodbiketour.com with your name and sku card number.
    You’ll receive a 10% off code for your next Food Bike Tour order and be entered to win a private tour for 4 at any of our available locations.

When will the grand prize draw happen? The grand prize draw will take place on July 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM (MT). The winner will be announced on our Instagram (@FoodBikeTour) and will also be notified by email using the contact information provided when submitting their completed punch pass.

Where can I buy the Local Food Punch Pass?
You can purchase the pass online through Food Bike Tour and at select partner restaurant locations, while quantities last.

Can I combine the pass or discount with other promotions? No. The Local Dining Pass completion discount and any related offers cannot be combined with other coupons, promo codes, or special promotions.
